Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Prakassa, every garment is custom-made to the customer's size and measurements. Since each piece is individually made, orders take approximately 3–4 weeks to dispatch from the date of order confirmation.
The additional time allows us to carefully prepare each garment according to the customer's measurements while maintaining our standards of fit, finishing, and quality.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once the garment is completed and passes our final quality check, it is carefully packaged and handed over to our trusted courier partner. Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched.
Estimated Dispatch Timeline
The 3–4 week timeline is an estimated dispatch timeframe and may vary depending on the garment, customisation requirements, fabric availability, or other production requirements.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery delays caused by weather conditions, government regulations, holidays, transportation disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond Prakassa's control.
While we are not responsible for such delays, our team will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed and fulfil your order at the earliest possible time.

Customers are requested to ensure that all measurements and delivery details provided at the time of placing the order are accurate. Prakassa cannot be held responsible for fit or delivery issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Quality Check & Packaging
Every garment undergoes a final quality check before dispatch and is carefully packed to minimise the possibility of damage during transit.
